This
is an exceptionally nice part of Florida. The beach is reportedly as
nice as any beach in the world. The house is the owners private residence,
located on a private road with private walkway to the beach. The house
has a two car enclosed garage. The first floor has a bedroom and a bath
with private entrance. The second floor has two bedrooms, one bath and
large playroom with ping pong table, piano, TV area, card table area,
foosball table, air hockey and shuffleboard tables. We also have in
the playroom a double day bed, several couches and mattresses stored
under the ping pong table for the littles ones. The third floor has
four bedrooms and two baths. Two dining tables that can seat 16. A sun
deck surrounds the house with a view of the intracoastal area and ocean.
Disneyland and Cape Canaveral are less than two hours away. Golf World,
dog track, boating, fishing, golf, tennis, 3 State Parks and many historic
attractions are within 30 minutes. Our rental program is directed towards
families and mature groups. We seem to draw extremely nice people from
all over the USA and overseas.
The seven bedrooms break down as follows: (4) with twin beds,
(3) with double beds. There are four bathrooms.
